Material characteristics

The commonly used carbon steel materials include Q235, Q345, 20 #, 16Mn, etc. Among them, ASTM A105 is a common standard for carbon steel flange materials. Specifications and Dimensions

Nominal diameter: Common specifications are DN15-DN2000.

Pressure rating: The pressure rating for large-diameter flanges made of national standard carbon steel is usually PN2.5-PN100. Under the American standard ASME B16.47, the A series has five grades including Class 150, 300, 400, 600, and 900, while the B series has six grades including Class 75, 150, 300, 400, 600, and 900.

Execution standard

Common implementation standards include GB/T 9119-2010 "Flat and protruding face flat welded steel pipe flanges", GB/T 9116 "Flat and protruding face neck flat welded steel pipe flanges" and other national standards, as well as ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 and other American standards.
