Common materials and characteristics

Inconel 625 contains approximately 58% -63% nickel, 20% -23% chromium, 8% -10% molybdenum, and other elements. Its tensile strength is ≥ 827MPa, yield strength is ≥ 414MPa, elongation is ≥ 30%, and it can maintain good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 982 ° C. It has extremely strong oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, especially in high temperature and high pressure environments.

Inconel 718: The main components include 50% -55% nickel, 17% -21% chromium, 2.8% -3.3% molybdenum, etc. The density is 8.19g/cm ³, the melting point is between 1260 ° C-1340 ° C, the tensile strength is 965MPa-1035MPa, and the yield strength is 550MPa-725MPa. It can maintain good performance in the temperature range of -250 ° C to 700 ° C, and has good oxidation resistance and stress corrosion cracking resistance.

Inconel 800H: It is a variant of Inconel 800, containing 30% -35% nickel, 19% -23% chromium, and 39.5% lower iron. Its tensile strength can usually reach 520MPa, yield strength can reach 205MPa, and it has excellent anti-oxidation and anti carburizing properties, which can be used in environments up to 1100 ° C.
