Specifications and standards: The size range is usually 1/2 "-48" (DN15-DN1200), with pressure ratings including Class 150, 300, 600, etc. The applicable standards include ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, etc.

Material: Common types include carbon steel, stainless steel, low-temperature steel, alloy steel, etc., such as ASTM A105 carbon steel, ASTM A182 F304 stainless steel, etc., which can be selected according to factors such as temperature, pressure, and corrosiveness of the medium inside the pipeline.

Purpose: Can be used to seal the end of pipelines and prevent fluid leakage; During pipeline system maintenance or repair, installing blind flanges can isolate pipelines and ensure operational safety; It can also be used for pipeline pressure inspection, equipment isolation, and sealing pipeline openings that are no longer in use during pipeline renovation.

Installation and maintenance: During installation, it is necessary to first clean the pipeline connection parts, correctly place the sealing gasket, align the blind flange with the pipeline flange, and then insert the bolt symmetrically and gradually tighten it. Regularly check the sealing, bolt tightening, and flange surface during use to prevent problems such as leakage, bolt loosening, or flange corrosion.
