1. Commitments for Flanges in Pre-sales and In-sales:

1. During the quotation process, our sales personnel have the obligation to ensure that customers fully understand and grasp product models, technical specifications, performance, application scenarios, and safety precautions, enabling them to make informed decisions before signing the contract. After the contract is signed, we will strictly adhere to the quotation and contractual terms, promptly delivering high-quality products matching the specified models within the agreed delivery period. If customers propose changes to the product models before delivery, we will engage in proactive communication and cooperation to accommodate their reasonable requests. For orders with non-negotiable models, we will obtain written confirmation from customers prior to signing the contract to minimize unnecessary inconvenience and losses.

2. All flange products will be delivered to the address agreed upon with the customer in the contract by third-party professional logistics companies or courier services commissioned by each logistics center. Our quality service will be maintained throughout the entire logistics process. If customers encounter any unfair treatment while utilizing logistics services, please directly contact the customer service engineer assigned to your account or the Customer Relationship Management Center for support and assistance. Additionally, we will regularly review service procedures to prevent such incidents from occurring.

3. Before using the flange products, we will provide on-site technical support, training, and demonstrations in writing or via email upon customer request to ensure that relevant staff fully understand the product functions, usage methods, and safety precautions. Our product quotations typically do not include on-site technical service fees. Throughout the entire product usage process, we will offer patient and enthusiastic technical support, ensuring reliable safety usage and exceptional operation for our customers.

2. Dedicated Customer Service Line

Heartfelt Service One: If you encounter any questions or difficulties while using our products, you can contact us through the following means for assistance (one-on-one butler-style service);

Heartfelt Service II: If you only need to inquire about product prices, you can directly call the sales manager of the corresponding regional office;

Heartfelt Service Three: Remote Video Guidance (Free)  Most on-site issues arise from a lack of product understanding. Our professional after-sales engineers prioritize providing technical and operational guidance via video, which is simple and efficient;

Heartfelt Service No. 4: Rapid Parts Supply Service. Based on the unique serial number identification of each product, "HaiSheng Butler" can quickly locate records of product performance parameters, drawings, and accessory lists. It professionally provides parts production and processing, determining whether free replacements are offered according to warranty terms. For wear-prone parts: Haisheng Jinhuan maintains long-term stock at headquarters and offices, enabling swift replacement parts supply.

3. Haisheng Flange after-sales service commitment:

Our company's product quality assurance period is twelve months from the date of manufacture.

·During the warranty period, if any malfunctions occur due to manufacturing quality, our company is responsible for providing free repair services.

·Our company will contact the customer by phone within 4 hours upon receiving the complaint information and provide suggestions for handling.

·For quality issues that urgently need on-site handling, the user contacted my after-sales service personnel. Within 24 hours in the Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai region; Our after-sales service personnel will arrive at the scene within 72 hours from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai.

·For on-site services not caused by our company's manufacturing quality, our company will charge technical service fees to customers based on actual travel and other expenses incurred.

·For damages caused by non manufacturing quality issues or damages outside the warranty period, our company provides paid repair services.
